What is our Return Policy?

From our decades of experience in the turbocharger industry, we know that sometimes returns are necessary. Thats why we aim to make our return process as easy and straightforward as possible. If you have an item that needs to be returned, simply fill out the online form at https://www.centralturbos.com/ReturnCore and after receiving your RMA, send in your return item to one of our locations.

Please note the following policies regarding returns:

• Returns must be submitted within 7 days from Invoice Date
• Items must be complete, unused, un-installed, and in re-sellable condition. 
• Any item received that does not fit the above conditions may not be accepted as a valid return, and you may not be eligible for a refund.
• Items that are considered “Special Order” are not eligible for return.
• A 15% restocking fee will be applied for any return.
