Core Return Policy

What is our Core Return Policy?

After years of working in turbocharger distribution, we knowfirst-hand how tricky core returns can be. That’s why we do our best to makethe process as simple and straightforward as possible for you! Here are somekey steps and points to keep in mind for our core return process:

  1. Request an RMA via our webform: https://www.centralturbos.com/ReturnCore
  2. After your claim is received, you will be sent an RMA from [email protected]. (Please allow 1-2 business days for processing)
  3. Include a copy of your RMA and the relevant invoice(s) to your core return. Package the core securely and ship to the correct location*. To ensure a prompt response time, make sure to email tracking information [email protected] when shipping your core(s).

How long do I have to return my core?

All cores must be returned within 90 days from the date of purchase.

What condition must my core be in?

  • Cores must be in the same condition as removed from your equipment. This means that the core must be complete, not disassembled, and without visible signs of damage.
  • All cores are subject to review for missing or damaged parts, which could directly impact the credit as per the core return policy of the manufacturer.
  • Any subsequent damage from attempts at rebuilding or from component removal may result in in partial or no core credit.
