Returns are accepted only when approved by Central Turbos in advance and requested within 30 days from the invoice date. Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and transportation charges are non-refundable. Installed or special-order items cannot be returned. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Yes. Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty terms, and a copy is available upon request. CT remanufactured turbos carry a 1-year warranty. High-performance applications are not covered.

A core charge is a deposit on the old turbo that you're replacing. When you return the old core in good condition, we refund the core charge. This encourages recycling and helps us maintain competitive pricing.
Ship the old core back with a copy of your invoice within 90 days from the date of purchase. Every core is inspected for missing or damaged parts per the manufacturer's core return policy. Damage, rebuild attempts or removed components can reduce or void the core credit.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers. We also offer financing options for larger orders.
Yes! We partner with financing companies to offer flexible payment plans. Financing is available for orders over $1,000. Contact our sales team for details.
OEM turbos are original manufacturer parts that meet exact factory specifications. Aftermarket turbos are produced by third-party manufacturers and may offer enhanced performance. Both are quality options; it depends on your needs.
Reman (remanufactured) turbos are used turbos that have been completely rebuilt and tested to like-new condition. They're a cost-effective alternative to new turbos while maintaining quality and reliability.
